Are you being told that you are hard to hear, or that you need to work on articulation? Are you being held back in auditions by an accent you can’t change, or do you need to learn an accent for an upcoming show? Have you been told that your voice is too high, too low, or that you mumble when you speak? Would you like to learn more about your voice and how you can use it to its full potential?
Join me for online classes and workshops that will address your specific vocal needs. As a Designated Linklater Voice Teacher, I have years of experience helping actors and speakers find the physical and mental blocks that prevent their voices from being as powerful and free as they can be. I employ several exercises that pinpoint and dissolve pockets of tension, thus making speaking easy, free, and fun.
My teaching credits include Oklahoma City University and the William Inge Center for the Arts/Independence Community College. I’ve coached at the Last Frontier Theatre Conference, Shakespeare Dallas, Nashville Shakespeare Festival, Tulsa Opera, Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park, Barter Theatre, William Inge Theatre Festival, and the Hollywood Fringe Festival.
