The Wild Wild Wildest West (OR HOW THE WEST WAS DUN)
Book by Christopher Gieschen – Music and Lyrics by Bill Francoeur
Yup, pardners, here’s a hilarious musical spoof of many of Hollywood’s Westerns featuring a toe-tappin’, heel-clickin’ score by Bill Francoeur!
With a host of characters such as our hero Sheriff Wayne John, Deputy Doowrong, Polly Wanda Cracker, Snydley Dastardly and many others!
With Western tunes, such as the lively bluegrass “Wild, Woolly an’ Full o’ Fleas,“ the rock-abilly “Citizens of Evil“ and the lovely ballad “It’s Always Darkest Before the Dawn.”
